Refund Policy

This refund policy is a draft. It is not legal advice.

Code export

Ask for a refund of a code export before you deploy the zip, and within 14 days of payment. The decision is recorded on the order. A recorded refund does not move money by itself.

Done-for-you build

A build request can be cancelled before work starts. After work has started, the refund follows the note recorded on the order. A simulated payment never charged a card, so there is nothing to return.

What you still agree to

Customers must own or control the sites they submit. A refund does not transfer that duty. Live card charges stay off until they are turned on.
