What a scan stores

A scan stores the public URL, a screenshot, extracted copy, colors, type, and the pages the crawler could read. Those files stay in the local data folder on this demo. You must own or control the site you submit. Share links are the way someone else can open that scan.

Account and email

Sign-in stores an email in a session cookie on this browser. When email is configured, we send a scan-ready note, a purchase receipt, an export link, and a confirmation when a done-for-you request is saved. With no email key, those messages are skipped and written in the order or activity log. The owner also receives a notice for new orders and leads when email is configured.

Payments and abuse checks

Square receives the checkout amount when payments are configured. This site does not store card numbers. A bot check runs on the scan form and the sign-in form when it is configured. Otherwise those forms stay open, and scan caps still apply.
